I was appointed as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh in 2009. I undertake all aspects of vascular surgery. I have extensive experience in the management of varicose veins, including radiofrequency ablation, open surgery and foam sclerotherapy. My other areas of expertise are in carotid artery surgery, lower limb bypass surgery and the formation of fistulas for haemodialysis access.
